“To Be in Someone's Shoes” is a project exploring how we consume in a capitalist society manipulated by invisible forces. It aims to find satisfaction with necessary consumption. Graphic design, typically driving mass consumption, is repurposed here to question why we overconsume. Targeting those influenced by advertising and media through the project, I urge a reassessment of values. Using publication as a medium, the project shows how mass consumption obscures objects' true value, emphasising inherent worth inspired by Object-Oriented Ontology (Graham Harman, 1999).

“Where am I? Where are you?” is a project to explore new ways of societal contribution as a designer while observing individuals engaging in the consumption of everyday items without deliberate cognitive processes. This interest goes beyond traditional sales-oriented design methodologies, focusing instead on stimulating critical reflections on consumption's essence.
